Springshot, Inc. has developed this Privacy Policy to explain how we collect, use and share information through our website at http://www.springshot.com/ (the “Site”) and our Springshot mobile workforce platform (the “Service”). By using the Site or Service, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy.

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. Please take a look at the “LAST UPDATED” legend at the top of this page to see when this Privacy Policy was last revised. Any changes to this Privacy Policy will become effective when we post the revised Privacy Policy on the Site and Service. Your use of the Site or Service following these changes means that you accept the revised Privacy Policy.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
Personal Information We Collect
“Personal Information” is information that identifies you as an individual, such as:
- Name
- Postal address
- Telephone number

The Service also allows our customers and their workers to collect and record information about workers’ tasks, assignments, work locations and schedules, training, performance, experience, ratings, and achievements (collectively, “Worker Data”). We treat Worker Data as Personal Information if it identifies a specific worker or other individual.
How We Use Personal Information
We may use Personal Information collected through our Site or Service to:
- To respond to your inquiries and fulfill your requests.
- To send you important information regarding the Site or Service, changes to our terms, conditions, and policies and/or other administrative information.
- To complete and fulfill your transactions with us and provide you with related customer service.
- To personalize your experience on the Site or Service.
- To allow you to send messages to a friend through the Site or Service. By using this functionality, you are telling us that you are entitled to use and provide us with your friend’s name and email address.
- For our internal business purposes, such as data analysis, audits, developing new products, enhancing our website and services, improving our services, and identifying usage trends.

How Personal Information is Disclosed

- To our third party service providers who provide services such as website hosting, data analysis, payment processing, fulfillment, infrastructure provision, IT services, customer service, email delivery services, auditing services and other similar services to enable them to provide services.

- By you, on message boards, chat, profile pages and blogs and other services to which you are able to post information and materials. Please note that any information and materials that you post or disclose through these services may be available to other users of the Site and Service and to the general public. - Our Service is designed to provide a virtual community that connects a customer’s workforce and celebrates their accomplishments. Consistent with these objectives, Worker Data and other Personal Information may be disclosed with other users in connection with the Service. For example:
- The social network functionality of our Service provides each worker with a personal profile page(“Profile”) that displays information such as name, photograph, personal statistics, awards, and testimonials. This Profile may be viewable by all users of the Service, including by individuals at other companies.
- When workers earn awards or pass audits, their achievements may be posted online via a live“News” feed for others to see.
- Workers may “friend” colleagues, as well as acquaintances from other companies that use the Service. These designated friends may view the worker’s “News” feed as well as his or her Profile. We also may allow workers to make certain Worker Data to prospective future employers through the Service.

Other Information We Collect
“Other Information” is any information that does not reveal your specific identity or does not directly relate to an identified individual, such as:
- Browser information
- Server log files
- Information collected through cookies, pixel tags and other technologies
- Demographic information and other information provided by you
- Aggregated information
How We Collect Other Information
We and our third-party service providers may collect Other Information in a variety of ways, including:
- Through your browser: Certain information is collected by most browsers, such as your MediaAccess Control (MAC) address, computer type (Windows or Macintosh), screen resolution, operating system version and Internet browser type and version.
- Through server log files: An Internet Protocol (IP) address is a number that is automatically assigned to the computer that you are using by your Internet Service Provider (ISP), and is identified and logged automatically in our server log files whenever a user visits the Site or Service, along with the time of the visit and the page(s) that were visited. We use IP addresses for purposes such as calculating usage levels, helping diagnose server problems, and administering the Site and Service.
- Using cookies: Cookies allow a web server to transfer data to a computer for record keeping and other purposes. - Location data. The Service uses mobile devices to capture and record geo-location and/or global positioning data in order to monitor workers’ locations, movement, and activities while they are using the Service. We may link such location data to other information obtained in connection with workers’ use of the Service, such as activity records.
- From you: We may collect demographic information such as your general location, as well as other information, such as your preferred means of communication, in connection with your use of theService or when you voluntarily provide this information to us. Unless combined with PersonalInformation, this information does not personally identify you or any other user of the Site or Service.
- By aggregating information: We may aggregate Personal Information so that the end-product does not personally identify you or any other user of the Site or Service, for example, by using PersonalInformation to calculate the percentage of our users who have a particular rating. AggregatedPersonal Information does not personally identify you or any other user of the Site or Service.
How We Use and Disclose Other Information
Because Other Information does not personally identify you, we may use and disclose Other Information for any purpose. In some instances, we may combine Other Information with Personal Information (such as combining your name with your zip code). If we combine any Other Information with Personal Information, the combined information will be treated by us as Personal Information as long as it is combined.

This Privacy Policy does not address, and we are not responsible for, the privacy, information or other practices of any third parties, including any third party operating any site to which the Site or Service contains a link. The inclusion of a link on the Site or Service does not imply endorsement by us.
SECURITY
We use reasonable organizational, technical and administrative measures to protect Personal Information under our control. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet or data storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure (for example, if you feel that the security of any account you might have with us has been compromised), please immediately notify us of the problem by contacting us in accordance with the “Contacting Us” section below.
CHOICES AND ACCESS
If you no longer want to receive marketing-related emails from us on a going-forward basis, you may opt-out of receiving these marketing-related emails by using the opt-out mechanism contained in each such email. Please note that if you do opt-out of receiving marketing-related messages from us, we may still send important administrative messages to you, and you cannot opt-out from receiving administrative messages.
If you are a user of the Service, you may review and update Personal Information contained in your profile by logging into your account through the Site or you may direct your request to the employer making the Service available to you.

USE OF SITE OR SERVICE BY MINORS
The Site and Service are not directed to individuals under the age of thirteen (13), and we request that these individuals do not provide Personal Information through the Site or Service.

The Site and Service are owned and operated by us in the United States. If you are located outside the United States, please be aware that information we collect, including Personal Information, may be transferred to, processed, and stored in the United States. By using the Site and Service, or providing us with any information, you consent to the transfer to and the processing, and storage of your information in the United States. Please be aware that the United States and jurisdictions other than the one in which you are located may not provide the same level of data protection as considered adequate in your country. Note also that your Personal Information may be available to the US Government or its agencies under legal process in the United States. If your Personal Information is transferred and processed elsewhere, we will take steps to ensure that your rights are preserved and that any processing is carried out lawfully and only under our instructions for the stated purposes under the terms of a data processing agreement.
